Program / 01
The GLOW UP
The GLOW UP is a year-long program divided into two components: Education and Application.
Education: A 12-week seminar, each week focusing on a different aspect of personal development and self-awareness. After successfully completion, graduates are given certificates and offered job placement with partnering agencies.
Application: For the rest of the year, graduates are paired with a mentor who will aid them in applying what they have learned and navigating their new path.

TouchKC Scholarship
Those who qualify will be given 12 sessions of free counseling for their interpersonal and professional development.
Program / 03
J. Wade Residential Program
Currently in development, The JWR program will house and provide a stable environment for 8-10 young men and/or women, while providing essential education and skills training for their success. This program is open to all, while candidates aging out of state care will be given preference.
